"I just received my merino wool goody
bag and merino white wool batting and all I can say is “Wow”!
I have been wet felting with Romney/cross wool and have been struggling.
This is a dream. I am in love with merino wool. And, I really appreciate
the quickness of the order. You have another life long customer!
And I will be telling all to purchase their wool from your company. Thank
you so much for everything"
much appreciation and excitement"
I just received my first order from you. I used to have my own fiber store
I just want to say that I am so happy with the quality of your product,
attention to detail, use of recycled materials, and shipping speed.
Thanks! It was hard to pay "retail" for wool after having my
own shop. But I feel like I got my money's worth from your business. Thanks
and have a great day :)"

" Thanks so much for the wonderful
service, and the wools are amazing. Very different from what I have been
using here in NZ. I like variety in my work, so I am constantly looking
for new fibres and colour blends! "
Thanks so much!"
began as an artist's desire to find a unique collection of
toys for his newborn daughter.
After searching for months and coming up empty handed, he
decided that it was time for him to
create his own collection of premium handcrafted stuffed animals
that reflected the imaginative and
magical world that he wanted to share with his daughter. By
combining his love for needle felting
and his desire to make his daughter something that she would
remember for years to come,
Woolbuddy was born.
two years, over 300_characters have come to life and now make
up the six distinctive
collections of the Woolbuddy World. There are Loveable Monsters,
animals from The Zoo,
Woolbuddies living on The Farm, Sea Creatures that swim through
the ocean, reptiles that spend
their day lounging around The Swamp, and Itty Bitty Critters
that wonder throughout the land.
Huang is a 3D story artist and art teacher whose passion for
art transcends the boundaries of various art forms. Three
years ago, Jackie discovered the art of needle felting (a
form of hand-sculpting objects with wool). What started as
a hobby soon became a way for Jackie to bring his designs
to life and offer each of his characters a distinct personality,
look, and feel.
In 2009, Jackie created WoolBuddy, a collection of unique
characters who come to life through the art of needle felting.
Today, the WoolBuddy collection consists of colorful animals,
vibrant sea creatures, friendly and lovable monsters, and
much more. Highly sought after by fellow artists and art enthusiasts
as well as adults and children alike, WoolBuddy has become
a household name and WoolBuddy products are often sold out
at local museums, stores, and national conventions.
Currently, the WoolBuddy collection can be found at the Crafts
and Folk Art Museum as well as at national conventions such
as Comicon, Wondercon, and Alternative Press Expo (APE) and
events such as the Maker Faire.
